Exploration of movement is a class whose definition is built into the name. This is one of the most essential elements of Ortho-Bionomy because it allows the body to determine when, where, and how it wants to release. Exploration of ROM enables the practitioner to experience the uniqueness of each individual in the present moment. The keys to perfecting the release process through movement and exploration are timing, patience, and careful listening to the body and its cues, emphasizing the value of attunement in this practice.
