Ortho-Bionomy® Phase 4 Spine

Phase 4 Spine is a foundation class and one of the required courses in the practitioner training program. This class is two days and will satisfy 16 units towards your certified program through SOBI (Society of Ortho-Bionomy International Inc.) or towards continuing education in bodywork therapies, such as massage, etc.

This class will review some of the basic techniques, history, philosophy, principles, and reflexes of Ortho-Bionomy. At the tables, we will introduce release techniques for all five spine segments, including; the cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacrum, and coccyx. We will also cover the shoulders, the ribs, the psoas muscle, the QL muscle, and more!

Whether you are brand new to Ortho-Bionomy or this is the one-hundredth time you’ve taken a class in OB, there is something here for everyone to learn and experience.
