Posture and Post Ortho-Bionomy Techniques are essential for assessment, alignment, and integration. In this work, we love to understand what may have created imbalances in the body and how to recreate balance and function. This class highlights common patterns and gives us tools to facilitate possible correction.
I find that nothing is more innate than self-correction, yet sometimes, if we have been in a pattern long enough, the body can lose sight of what its centered and balanced self can look like. I love that Ortho-Bionomy reaches these tangible depths of self-awareness and self-correction. I give these simple techniques to my clients to take home and apply after showing them and their bodies in a session, which I find highly beneficial.
